For coaching, our approach is based on a humanistic stance, using a Person-Centered Approach with an integrative method that incorporates various analytical elements and coaching tools in an Evolutionary Dialogue Process. This provides the coachee with opportunities for awareness and creativity to achieve their goals through their own means.
Indeed, the ALFA Firm adheres to the CECP code of ethics, and the coaching process unfolds in four stages: Exploration – Agreement – Support – Evaluation.
This phase is provided free of charge. It involves an introduction, discussing the situation, and clarifying the request, objectives, indicators, sessions, and terms of the coaching process.
These are 1 to 1.5-hour sessions held every 2 to 3 weeks over a period agreed upon with the client. These sessions provide opportunities to validate a session objective, delve deeper into the situation in relation to the overall coaching request, and engage in intercession work.
This involves formalizing the coaching process and terms within a framework. (Note: If the request is made on behalf of an employee, a tripartite meeting is organized to agree on the request and shared objectives.)
The evaluation can take place mid-way or only during the final session. This stage allows for discussing experiences, the benefits of the coaching, and actions to be sustained.
This is a personalized support for an individual, focused on issues that require awareness of a personal, relational, or future situation. It involves analyzing all options, selecting the best ones, and experimenting with them to improve the chances of achieving one’s own objectives.
